Allow Scheduled Bill of Materials Activities

    Scanco Portal

    Description:  Scanco “SBOM”
This application directs the user around the warehouse to gather raw material items for Bills.
The data presented is the list of items in the Scheduled BOM list.
This process requires the raw materials to not be allocated before picking so the items are not ‘locked’ in the bin.

All data collected by Scanco will be stored in the Barcode module tables.
The data collected is imported into Sage as a Bin move which will move items from multiple locations to one Staging bin location.

    Multi-Bin

Screen 1: This is the header level of the SBOM entry in Sage. Scanco will collect the Schedule number to know what items need to be picked.

Screen 2: This is the detail level of the SBOM entry in Sage.  Scanco will direct the user through the warehouse to collect the item number on the list. The bins will be listed in Alpha-numeric order [A1 to Z9]. The end results of the data collection will be all items collected are moved to one bin. This would mean your BOM Production entry will need to remove the raw materials from the one bin where all he items where moved.
