Problem:

Error during Prepare Data after Multi-Bin Installation. 

Found in: Multi-Bin v. 2016, 2017, 2018

Solution: 

This error indicates that the Sage system thinks there are users in the system.  Check the Master Console to ensure that not users have logged back in prior to prepare completion.
