Error when back ordering Kit Items.

Found in: Multi-Bin v. 2018, Product Update 3 or higher

Notes:

This file fix cannot be provided to users with Scanco Warehouse.

Solution: 

Programmers have issue a patch set for 2018 PU3 and higher.  Program file should be installed to the the SO directory of /mas90
