Intermec: Scanning Issues

Start-->Settings-->System-->Intermec Settings>Smart System information>Identity>look for firmware (fw) version.  It will probably be 1.50.19.0013

If it is 1.50 or later try the following:

Start-->Settings-->System-->Intermec Setting-->Virtual Wedge-->Virtual Wedge Method

The default is Adapt to application.

Try and change it to Character Mode and see if that correct the issue.
