Version mismatch with iOS Whse 100 April 2019 release.  Known to affect picking applications:  Wave Picking, Order Picking, and Confirm Picking.  

Can affect any application in the future, however.  The solution is to update ConnectIt by whatever means possible. If you choose to uninstall\reinstall you need to back up the 'programdata\Scanco' folder first.

Example: If the Warehouse client is newer than the ConnectIt service, the user may see the error shown on the left. The reason is, a "process change" required programming changes in the client and the service and the older service does not have the "new process" that the newer client is requiring.

How this happens on customer systems:

1. The customer's device[s] are set up to allow auto-updates in the operating system. The Client update will trigger the ConnectIt auto-update process and then One of two things happens: The customer's system allows ConnectIt to update and everything works OR the update fails and you have this issue.

2. The customer updated the client manually. The Client update will trigger the ConnectIt auto-update process and then One of two things happens:  The customer's system allows ConnectIt to update and everything works OR the update fails and you have this issue.
