JOScan: Add Employee to Employee Table thru SQL

Issue:  Employee not showing up in JOScan lookup causing the employee is not syncing from Sage.

Solution:  Modify this script and run against the JOScanServer database to enter the employee.

The employee will now be in the JOScan lookup.
