Options

All the options explained below are on the "Material Auto Issues" tab in the web portal at Customers.Scanco.com

The "Allow Material Auto Issues Activities" option must be enabled before you can use the Material Auto Issues programming.

The "Default Bin" must be a valid bin in the warehouse where the user is working. Entering a Default Bin reduces the number of prompt entries required during data collection.

The "Issue Only Lines with Zero Qty Used" option limits the auto-issues to items that have a quantity of zero in the Work Ticket Entry Materials "issued" field in Sage.

The "Cap Qty Used At Qty Required For Part" limits the quantity to items required quantity.

When the "Enable Send button" option is enabled, the user MUST press the "Send" button to submit the collected data.

If the Results show the Sage Import is not running, please start the Import.

How the data gets into Work Ticket Entry:

In Sage, under the

"Production Management" module, in the "Mobility" folder, you will need to run the

"Manufacturing EZ Import"

Once the Manufacturing EZ Import is running, press the "Proceed" button.

Data will be imported as it is sent from mobile devices. Any data collected while the Manufacturing EZ Import was not running will be imported as soon as you press the Proceed button.

After importing data you will find the Work ticket entry with all the data that was collected on the mobile device. The Work ticket entry can be reviewed before running your Work Ticket Transaction Journal/Update.
