Scanners will freeze and have no response to the touch screen unless disconnecting and reconnecting
This might be due to incorrect settings of the Scanco Cloud app.
1) Launch the App
2) Click the Settings button (bottom row of Android Device)
3) Overlay will appear on the screen, select Settings
4) Scroll down and take a look at the setting called, "Use external mouse/stylus"
If that's unchecked, enabling it and see if that fixes the issues you are having.
Simultaneously press the Power, Programmable and Volume Up buttons
