If customers claim the scanning devices are slow, and they are using iOS (iPods) + SCANCO CLOUD app:


To increase data transmission speed for the screen refresh process, in the Cloud app on the device [before pressing “Launch” button ] go into ‘Setting’

Adjustment 1: Turn off “Use Retina Resolution” and test speed of the Shipping application.
To gain another increase in speed try Adjustment 2

Adjustment 2: Turn off “Use High Color” and test speed of the Shipping application.
These adjustments will reduce the amount of data that is sent to the device for the screen refresh process.
