Multi-Bin: Product Overview

    MULTI-BIN STANDARD BASE VERSION FOR DISTRIBUTION (I/M, S/O, P/O AND RMA) 

    Multi-bin Inventory for Inventory Management, Sales Order, Purchase Order and RMA modules. Includes multi-bin distribution, sales order entry pre- allocations. Can disable for company, warehouse and product line. Includes features to auto allocate locations in all transactions. Pick sheet and wave pick sheet inventory and allocation printing. Full Business Object Interface (BOI), Scripting, custom office and UDF, visual integrator (V/I) and ready to integrate with Scanco warehouse automation/barcode systems.

     

    MULTI-BIN AND WMS PREMIUM BASE VERSION FOR DISTRIBUTION — INCLUDES DIRECTED PICKING AND PUTAWAY (I/M, S/O, P/O AND RMA)

    Includes Standard version and Directed Picking, Directed Putaway and Replenishment. Directed picking algorithms set for company wide, for product lines and items. Putaway and replenishment evaluates location capacities, zone settings and user preferences set by company, product line and item. Auto allocate and print pick sheets in receiving and finished goods completions.

     

    MULTI-BIN FOR MANUFACTURING (B/M AND W/O)

    WMS ADD-ONS EXPIRATION DATE CONTROL AND VENDOR LOT TRACEABILITYFOOD AND BEVERAGE, PHARMACEUTICAL, PERISHABLE GOODS HANDLING. Lot and serial goods are improved with expiration date automation and tracing vendor lot numbers. Trace of raw materials goes through sub assemblies, finished goods and sold to customers. Expire information provides FIFO use of materials and sale of goods. Limits goods by shelf life requirements by customer.

    Integrated ID Numbers provides real, multi-level case pack, container and pallet inventory throughout the Sage 100 ERP system. Create user-defined packages, including case packs, master packs, and pallets of inventory. Build and Break packages to contain a group of any items or just a single item. Full directed picking and directed putaway.

     

    LICENSE PLATE - STANDARD LITE VERSION - MULTI-BIN CONTAINERS, PALLETS AND CASE PACKS

    Same as the License Plate Premium version but priced for Standard version. Required for On The Water Container tracking. Excludes directed picking and putaway for license plates.

     

    SALES ORDER FILL RATE SELECTION AND WAVE BATCH PICKING

    Automate selection of sales orders by the fill rate, ship date and more. Prioritizes inventory for a customer priority code, ship complete options. Batch picking sheets to pick for a group of orders and split picking by zones and location type. Pick goods and transfer to staging locations. Provides automatic unattended wave batch creations and picking sheet printing.

     

    IN-TRANSIT WAREHOUSE TRANSFERS

    Tracks inventory in transit between warehouses using auto-generated Sales Order and Purchase Order modules. Maintains demand and supply for outbound and inbound warehouses utilizing S/O and P/O an auto-generate/updates appropriate Inventory transfers.

     

    ON-THE-WATER INVENTORY AND CONTAINER RECEIVING

    Use receipt of goods to receive on the water. Inventory while intransit is locked and can choose to pre-allocate to sales orders. Pre-allocations are moved to actual received in bin location when received in the warehouse. Inventory costs previously received On the Water is adjusted to the actual landed cost received in the warehouse. Includes software for Container Receipt of Goods so all purchase orders linked to a container can be automatically received and/or receiving is performed by the Container ID. Container receiving requires License plate Standard or Premium versions.

     

    CATCH WEIGHT

    Provides alternate unit of measure to sell by weight and for sales of case packs. Select the number of case packs and the sale price is calculated by the weight.

     

    MANUFACTURING AUTOMATION BASE

    Provides efficiency options to Auto-Close Work Order when processing completions, enter Work Orders with a released status, Auto-Finish to complete the Operation an Scheduling Tab, and leveled Finished Good Unit Cost assignment.

     

    MANUFACTURING EFFICIENCY BILL OF MATERIALS BASE

    Provides new Schedule Bill of Materials (SBoM) Entry to track component item demand and finished good supply. SBoM Dashboard provides a single screen to review SBoMs, their associated Sales Orders, Bill Number and More.

    MANUFACTURING AUTOMATION ADD-ONS

     

    MAKE-TO-ORDER FOR SAGE 100 WORK ORDER

    Provides make-to-order, assemble-to-order, and engineer-to-order manufacturers a more effective manufacturing process by allowing for build availability inquiry direct from Sales Order, a batch utility for generating Work Orders directly from Sales Orders, or build WOs on the fly for specific SOs. Requires Manufacturing Efficiency.

     

    AUTO-GENERATE PURCHASE ORDERS FOR WORK ORDERS

    Provides on-the-fly generation of Purchase Orders from Build Availability (if using Make to Order), Sales Orders, Work Orders, MRP and even replenishment information.

     

    OUTSIDE PROCESSING FOR WORK ORDER

    Tie vendors to work centers, allowing the auto-generation of purchase orders from WO Entry - Operations. The system links the PO in with the WO and prints on the WO Traveler for visibility on every level of the outside processing job.

     

    SCHEDULING FOR WORK ORDER

    Provides a Work Center Dashboard for daily work center scheduling. Details Work Orders and their respective time requirements, taking into consideration the capacity of the work center. Allows for forward and backward rescheduling of future operation steps.

     

    MAKE-TO-ORDER FOR SAGE 100 BILL OF MATERIALS

    View build availability with drill downs to Item Inquiry, Bill of Materials “Where Used” Inquiry Component on PO Inquiry. Full Make-To-Order Sales Order Entry Integration or use the batch utility to create bill for multiple orders. Requires Manufacturing Efficiency BoM.
