MULTI-BIN ONLY

Transfer TOTAL Quantity Allocated per item \ per order. This means a record for entry Allocation per order must be created in BC tables.
Change Bin Prompt validation and lookup.

Rules when From Warehouse and To Warehouse are the same:
Accept bin when item is not allocated and allow transferring up to quantity that is not allocated just as we do today.
Accept bin when item is Completely allocated [no unallocated quantity exist] and Auto-Bin Move entire allocated quantity.
Lookup: DETAILS column will have two fields.
Change “QtyOnHand” to “Qty Available”
Add “Qty Allocated”

Rules when From Warehouse and To Warehouse are NOT the same:
Accept bin when item is not allocated and allow transferring up to quantity that is not allocated just as we do today.
Do NOT Accept bin when item is Completely allocated.
Lookup: DETAILS column will have one field.
Change “QtyOnHand” to “Qty Available”

NOTE: checking BC tables will remain in place as it is today. If BC tables has a record that transfers total quantity allocated we will allow entry for total quantity not allocated.

If From Warehouse and To Warehouse are the same and bin A10L is entered, message would appear.

YES = Prompt for “Bin To” and do not prompt for quantity, auto-entry for Total quantity allocated.
NO = move back “Bin From” prompt.

Before creating BC records, we must check SO404_OrderTierDist and create one record for allocation. Explained on next page.

If From Warehouse and To Warehouse

________________________________________________________________

Example Above: user can transfer up to 133 during first entry.
If user transfers less than 133 they cannot transfer 6 allocated.
If user transfers 133 they can Auto-Bin move 6 allocated during second entry.
NOTE: If From Warehouse and To Warehouse is not the same then user can only transfer 133 quantity.

________________________________________________________________

Example Above: user can Auto-Bin move 15 allocated during first entry.
NOTE: If From Warehouse and To Warehouse is not the same then user cannot transfer any quantity.

________________________________________________________________

BC record creation must include one record for ever allocation.
Example Below : If user wants to transfer 6655 and the Total Allocation is 22 then we will create 4 records matching
the quantities shown below. Select statement will match the warehouse code, Bin and Item Code to get the data needed to create the BC records.

LOOKUP for when From Warehouse and To Warehouse are the same:
SELECT IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.BinLocation, SUM(IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.QuantityOnHand - IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.QuantityAllocated) AS QtyOnHand, IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.QuantityAllocated as 'Quantity Allocated'
FROM {oj IM404_ItemLocationQuantity INNER JOIN IM404_BinLocation ON IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.BinLocation = IM404_BinLocation.BinLocation AND IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.WarehouseCode = IM404_BinLocation.WarehouseCode}
WHERE IM404_BinLocation.LocationType <> 'W' AND IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.WarehouseCode = '000' AND IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.ItemCode = '6655' GROUP BY IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.BinLocation, IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.QuantityAllocated
ORDER BY IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.BinLocation ASC

Below shows SUM(IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.QuantityOnHand - IM404_ItemLocationQuantity.QuantityAllocated) = 450, the user can transfer up to 450.
Once the bin only has 265 = total allocated, then the user can choose that bin and we will Auto-Bin Move 265.
