Problem

I'm being asked for my DeviceID or DeviceKey and I cannot find it.

 

Solution
  • Open the Warehouse 100 application.
  • Once the Splash screen ends, you should be on the Main Page before login. Select the Settings (ie. "Gear") icon in the bottom navigation.
  • On this page, ensure that the "Demo Mode" or 'Demo Account' is turned OFF as that will obscure your true DeviceID or DeviceKey.
  • Your Device Key should be visible directly below the Server and Port information on this Settings Page:
