Situation: “I have quantity on hand in Sage but the scanner will not let me enter that quantity, I get …not enough available… message”.

The screenshots below explain how they can check the live data tables for “item + quantity not posted” if they do not have our Warehouse “Dashboard”.

Quantity on hand is not the available quantity and all data in BC tables has to be subtracted from what is shown in Sage.

Go into “Inquiry”, scan the item and look at the “In process” quantity field.

And, the Warehouse 100 Transfers, Order picking and Wave picking applications all have “Display Quantity available” as a profile option in the portal.
