I cannot log into a company in Scanco Cloud. The Description states:
**External Access Disabled in Sage**
The problem is, in fact, an unchecked option within your company code preferences in SAGE.Solution
There is a setting within your SAGE that needs to be enabled for Scanco to access your company code data. This field is known as "External Access" within the Company Maintenence.
For Scanco to access your Company Code data, you need to enable "Allow External Access".
This is located in SAGE under the Library Master > Main > Company Maintenance under the "Preferences" tab for each Company Code.
Once this has been enabled and saved, you may need to restart your Scanco ConnectIt service on your SAGE serve for the changes to be applied to your scanning devices. Once this is performed, you should be good to go!
